Suggestions for Improvement

There is always room for improvement in anything, and the why not strive to be the best.. Bring any suggestions you might have that you think will improve the clan.

A few of my suggestions;

phpnuke-clan management system or skinned phpNuke equivalent
Site ranking system based on post count encouraging more activity
Banerless hosting
Shorter URL or .com in the future
Submissions to Search engines and topsites for higher exposure
Recruitment form
New CoD based graphics

I believe our leader should be the strongest one on the team and/or contribute the most. We should have a .90 or highier Kill/Death ratio to be apart of the clan......If not were only holding each other back. If we all had a 2.00 K/D we would win every match, so maybe we should think about standard.

I think we should digitally record death cams, and use them for training...just kidding.

I know I'm not the best nor nearly to it.
But I tell you one thing.
I bust my Ass for this clan and My Brothers.

i agree with groots, our CIC is a kick ass man and does bust his ass for the clan. i believe thats wut makes him a great clan president/CIC/leader.

but i do have to agree with Evil aswell.

Recognition of the VL Clan is needed. shorter easier url would be better as far as memorizing it n sharing it with others. dont get me wrong the forum we have now is kick fuckin ass and is way more than wut i couldve ever imagined, but if we can take it a step further, i say hey, why not? it would better our outreach for murder. more outside visitors, ppl other than clan members, which means more recruits.

as far as standards go, i think that we should discuss something of the sort, i like the idea, but i hate being biased n judgemental. but still for the better of the clan, we dont want shitty people joining our ranks.
